This woman has the worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen in my life. She will talk down to you, laugh at you, and is just awful. People that see her are in PAIN and scared and she makes it 10 times worst. She should consider hiring someone to speak for her or learn some compassion.
Please don't let the google reviews fool you like they did me- look at her reviews on other sites (which are horrible) and thoroughly research. Her patient bedside manners are non-existent. I was interrupted multiple times. She tried correcting me when she asked for MY timeline of events with my condition. She demeaned me for not wanting to be on a certain medication, made snide remarks, and literally laughed in my face. Dr. West is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She easily diagnosed my health concern, educated me on treatment options and provided a solution.
Dr. Diane West is a great Urologist. She is very accommodative and understands her patient’s situation very well. Her staff is also proactive and follows up with the patient. I highly recommend her. Dr. West is my “go to” Urologist!
