Amazing Doctor with empathy and great bedside manners, without knowing us treated us like family. Explained all the meds and the course of action and even gave us a hug and kiss at the end. We need more Doctors like her. Thanks for your compassion ❤️
Dr. Triolo is a compassionate doctor, but her staff in the office is completely rude and disgusting. The lab technician has a disgusting attitude and the women who answer the phone are very rude and have 0 compassion for the patients that call. It’s sad that because of this type of treatment that is has totally deterred me from every coming back to this doctor
