I have found online videos by CCF and others where Dr. Ready is featured, most helpful here in Kenya, where there are no NET centers. I was diagnosed in 2020. I had been in the hospitals since 2014 with various symptoms; liver metastasis was seen in 2016. I was always misdiagnosed as my KI67 is less than 2%, so symptoms were mild and nonspecific, and all tests apart from imaging were good. Accurate diagnosis came after I got carcinoid syndrome.
