Have been a long time patient of Dr. Pugh. However I do not run to the Dr every year. Tried to make an appt with front staff on phone, terrible experience. He told me my insurance was expired and to call them. He would not even schedule me an appt for a wellness check. I am a teacher and have BCBS. It is not expired, my old ins of years ago was. He had me on hold for 17 min while he checked again and said they don’t accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield. This is ridiculous. Everyone accepts BCBS PPO. Whatever, off to find a new ... read more
She is an awesome doctor. Listens to her patients and truly cares about them
Horrible doctor. I have long-term chronic illnesses now due to a medication she prescribed for an ear infection years ago. Stay away.
Needs more parking space lol but they have the kindest staff that over works to make sure you have the best care.
