This is not for Dr. Horowitz, I never got to see her. This is for her staff. I'm giving the review 5 stars because it's not the doctor's fault that her staff can't get it together. I called to ask for an appt. In order to see her you have to present all your paperwork before you can even make a visit. "A lot of places are doing this". No a lot of places are not, it's very arrogant to make people get paperwork who are in immediate medical crises. My favorite doctor. Knowledgeable and compassionate. Top doctor for me to manage gout and arthritis.
Dr. Horowitz is very knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. I always value her opinion. She's a fantastic doctor and I highly recommend her.
