Diane served as the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) on my case, and unfortunately, I did not feel that her recommendations consistently reflected the best interests of my child. My experience with Diane Marie Trainor was extremely disappointing. Despite repeated requests for billing information and retainer agreements related to my case, I did not receive proper responses. I attempted to resolve these concerns professionally, but they were not addressed. Because of these issues, I filed a formal complaint with the Florida Bar. I hope this review helps others be aware and cautious when engaging her services.
My review is based solely on experience with this attorney, who in my opinion trying to withhold important evidence, I would not recommend her.
I can't express how bad this lawyer is. She is absolutely incompetent, mean, arrogant, treats her clients like enemies after promising to help them. It's unbelievable how bad lawyers in Miami are. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.
