Felt completely comfortable with Dr Charland. She is professional and has a great bedside manner. I was treated with great respect from Dr. Charland and her staff. She explained everything thoroughly to me about my condition and the pros and cons of having surgery. I cannot say enough good things about her, and I wouldn’t want anyone to treat me as a patient. I would highly recommend her! Thank you, Dr. Charland!!!
Terrible demeanor. Rude and demeaning. Didn't explain medical findings to me, only my mom. Took it personally and wrote nasty comments about me as the surgeon note rather than information about my health or referrals. Dissappeared immediately after surgery. Doesn't care if her patients live or die.
Dr. Charland was very thorough, engaging and compassionate. I was extremely impressed.
Awesome. I love her humor, thoroughness, genuine concern and just her all around character. She is a wonderful person.
