Dr. Schainost is amazing. It had been a very long time since I have had a doctor take their time with me and listen. Upon first entering the room she sat down and asked me to start from the beginning of my symptoms and did not rush me. She explained everything to me about what I was feeling and why my body reacts the way it does. 46 yr old male, just started getting treated for sinus allergies and nasal polyps about two years ago. I was going through a Northern Kentucky group, and had seen two different doctors with them. I'd rate that practice 2 star compared to my experience with Dr. Schainost. At the NKY office, it was always overly busy, the doctors didn't take time to explain the seriousness of my situation. She is an awesome doctor . she went above and beyond for me. I had a mri done on saterday and she called me back early Monday morning. She found out I had acoustic neroma. She also referee me to dr Samy and had me an apointment the very next day. I highly recommend her. Her staff is also great.
