I trusted the Henry Ford system, assuming that any doctor within their network would provide at least basic professionalism, compassion, and attention. I don't usually write reviews, but I had a terrible experience with this dr. Terrible bed side Manner.
I would like to express to whoever is reading this review that I have never wrote a negative review in my life. I may have put 4 stars down. But never anything lower I understand reviews that are negative. They do not help a person and I am very empathetic towards that. I went to her Dr. Jackson in January 2024. I couldn't agree more in conjunction with all of the HORRENDOUS reviews this Dermatologist Diane M Jackson- Richard's has been given. She has terrible, absolutely terrible patient care. Why has Henry Ford continued to keep this physician on as long as they have behoove me. She lacks empathy with her patients! She is extremely curt and rude! Dr. Richards was very attentive and went out of her way to direct me to the issues I had. She was very professional.
