Diane is a great therapist. She’s helped a lot with my family dynamics.
Unethical LCSW. She owes me $ since March and refuses to contact the insurance company back after several months of phone calls. Says she is in network with Cigna then states that all her clients pay her upfront and insurance reimburses them back after she sends client super bill. After months of going back and forth still has yet to pay me back rest of what insurance has given her. Instead insults me and insurance she has contract with via email acting like the victim.
