Dr Gerlach and her staff are amazing! They always go above and beyond, they answer questions on my chart very quickly, I just can't speak highly enough of them!
The dr is extremely unhelpful and not very empathetic. Her nursing staff also isn’t very friendly and seems to have communication issues. They don’t seem to care about keeping up with messages in the app. It’s made apparent that the dr and nurses don’t like to be bothered or questioned. We were basically written off about issues my baby was having for 3-4 weeks and basically just told to wait and see if symptoms go away as they kept getting worse….
