While I agree with the other reviewer that it is difficult to get the office on the phone, I DISAGREE TOTALLY with a two star rating for Dr. Lu. She has been a terrific doctor who listens and provides excellent medical advice. I have told others about her and her great skill.
It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to get this office on the phone, and they do NOT respond to messages left on the Patient Portal, nor do they bother to post test results there. When you call the office, you will get an outgoing message encouraging you to use the portal, however THEY do not. Phone line is continuously busy.
