Most horrible experience ever, I had an 8 o'clock appt, she never showed to the office until 845 I would call the office to schedule an appointment they would tell me to do it on my chart. I would go on my chart to do so, they would call me 2 months later to schedule, never will I recommend this doctor to anyone
Worst Dr ever 😡 She stalled around so long with his kidney cancer that the new Dr had redo all the tests that she had already done .She went months without returning phone calls . In the meantime, his cancer has gotten worse . Finally , after 8 months , he is scheduled for surgery soon . I wouldn't take my pet to her ,
I'm the driver/med proxy of this morning's patient. You were an hour and 7 minutes late. You saw her 10 minutes. I think you're under the impression this is 1976 Strong Birth Defects Center. That tardiness doesn't wash in this century, and represents a failure of the doctor in charge! The situation called for all hands called into office. Learn the difference between "thanks for waiting.", and "I'm sorry." Yes I gave you a death stare. Don't care. Disabled peoples' time is valuable too!
Dr. Lu removed 4 sizable kidney stones from my left kidney at Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua, NY. She explained all procedures thoroughly before and after. She's friendly and professional in her manner. Her surgery nurse, Dorothy was exceptional as well. I would highly recommend her services.
