I get to your facility you did the covid and flu test. You did a chest x-ray and you gave me a breathing treatment. Came back and said “so there was nothing to be found. Received complete misdiagnosis last week. Extremely disappointed in the care and treatment plan I received. A follow up with a specialist indicated further damage to my foot is possible due to the treatment I received at urgent care
Horrible visit. I did not get told was wrong everyone was going everywhere nurses were rude especially one In black scrubs was speaking really bad about me
