Apparently the receptionist has never heard of disability benefits for disabled adult children. Explained to her what I was filing under and she just kept telling me that I was wrong and couldn’t file. It would have literally taken a ten second google search but instead I got a 30 second spiel about how wrong I was.the lawyers may be great but I recommend getting support staff who are actually able or willing to listen to what a person is talking about.
RecommendedDiane is absolutely amazing. So helpful and patient. She has made this process a lot easier for me and has taken the time to answer all my questions. Absolutely recommend!!

And I did end up getting awarded disability. I was going to quit the process cuz I was discouraged and she actually called me and told me no please don't.
