Apparently the receptionist has never heard of disability benefits for disabled adult children. Explained to her what I was filing under and she just kept telling me that I was wrong and couldn’t file. It would have literally taken a ten second google search but instead I got a 30 second spiel about how wrong I was.the lawyers may be great but I recommend getting support staff who are actually able or willing to listen to what a person is talking about.
