Diane and Jim LaPine sold and closed our condominium unit in Danbury, CT within 2 months. Their professional expertise on pricing the property was unquestionable. Both of them apparently are very familiar with the up-to-date real estate market in the area. We are quite impressed with their energy and invaluable experience on moving through the transaction process as smoothly as possible and solving issues with ease and comfort.
