I went to the SMG Urgent care in Westfield last night for a possible diverticulitis flare-up. I arrived at 7:10pm. I went right in and gave a urine sample and had a quick physical exam. She then told me I needed to go to the ER, because they were closing at 8pm and could not do the medical tests necessary for diagnosis before they closed.
