Horrible experience. Was lied to multipe times by Diane. Diane missed my closing date!! (Their own staff submits reviews to offset the bad, honest reviews. Alise Hopkins is a loan officer assistant, who is equally as bad as Diane Fry! An employee reviewing a business? This demonstrates their poor business practices.)

This is an honest review, which is more than you’ll get from Diane Fry. She threw my closing gift at me - my gift was a block of ground coffee! Diane increased my interest rate, lied that I wouldn’t have escrow, lied telling me Fairway would not sell my loan, and closed 4 days late because of her dishonesty. Her paperwork had so many elementary mistakes, including a box checked stating I was not an American citizen. She and her office assistants made numerous nitpicking requests for the same documents over and over again ... read more
