Working along with oliva has been a great experience and smooth transition
I needed to change my policy since paying off my car and when I called the person who answered was very nice. She helped me understand what my current policy was and what changes I could make and the prices associated with the changes. She also answered random questions I wondered about unrelated to my policy: windshield repair. Great office!
I just have to say that I've been dealing with Diane for probably just about a decade now and it is always a pleasure her assisting me and talking to her. She always gives options on what may work for you. Everytime I call for anything, everyone their is always helpful and its always a smooth experience.
