Diane is experienced and knowledgable when it comes to alterations. My experience with her in the beginning was good, but she quickly became very rude after securing my money for dress alterations. Called to inquire about vails and the women on the phone was super rude and unprofessional, definitely not the kind of way to talk to people. Firstly she didn’t understand my question when I asked if they carried vails she said what?! What?!?! What?!?!? Followed by a quick rude no thanks for calling bye and hung up on my face. Don’t bother calling this place.
I would highly recommend Diane’s Bridal for anyone looking for a wedding dress, Diane is very welcoming and takes the time to make sure your dress fits right, I knew this was the store for me as soon as I entered, she has a beautiful collection of dresses and is very polite.

Called to ask if they carry accessories for gowns so I know if I should go to the store or book an appointment. The lady was extremely rude, just stated "we don't give that kind of information on the phone, thank you" and hung up. Unprofessional.
