I stopped seeing Elizabeth in 2024, and it’s now April 2025, but I feel the need to speak up again because this experience still affects me. This therapy office has great staff that are kind and attentive. However, I had a poor experience with my therapist, Elizabeth Hammond. During our sessions, she made comments that were dismissive, lacked empathy, and that were highly inappropriate. I cannot even state them here due to Google’s policies. However, her comments and approach were concerning enough that it would get her in trouble with the State Board of Social Workers and Counselors. Additionally, our sessions felt disorganized. Diane Bauer is a superb therapist. I could not give enough stars for how amazing Ms Diane Bauer is. I’ve seen her for years now and she is always there when you need her on the good and the bad days. Her office always feels so welcoming and homey to step into, just by walking into the front door. All of her staff is amazing and I strongly recommend Diane for anyone looking for help or for even just an ear to listen!

I’ve been seeing Diane since I was 11-12 years old and she’s an amazing therapist. She’s helped me through a lot, and helps me understand myself.if I could give a 10 star rating I would!!! When you walk in, the place is so inviting and Jen in the front is so kind which makes it that much more inviting. I’m able to bring my kids when I don’t have a babysitter. My daughter plays with the little dollhouse in the front and there’s games for them too.
