I am deeply concerned by the lack of professionalism and objective care I experienced during my visit. The practitioner (Alia Anthony) spoke in an incredibly loud volume that compromised my privacy, as it could easily be heard outside the examination room. Throughout our interaction, she frequently redirected the conversation toward unrelated topics and appeared to approach my case with clear bias and preconceptions, dismissively treating my concerns as exaggerated. Do not recommend this office. It had gone downhill since Dr. Lightfoot left. They do not listen to the patient and constantly want to push pills.
Like the provider, not so much the office staff. Rude and condescending almost every interaction I have with them for years and I just can’t anymore. I have been seeing Tiffany long before she even went to that office. She was the reason we transferred there. She is a wonderful provider but I just can’t anymore. Today was my last straw with the office staff.
Tiffany is the BEST provider I've ever seen. She listens to my concerns, she offers her opinion and advice, and then TOGETHER we make a plan for treatment. Further, she isn't always in provider mode; it's nice to have a relationship like this with your PCP. My only complaint is that one of the front desk ladies is seemingly always grumpy and is less than enjoyable to deal with.
I have always found Dr. Ebaugh, and all of the staff helpful, courteous, and willing to listen. The care I've received is very good. I would recommend them to others.
