Like the provider, not so much the office staff. Rude and condescending almost every interaction I have with them for years and I just can’t anymore. I have been seeing Tiffany long before she even went to that office. She was the reason we transferred there. She is a wonderful provider but I just can’t anymore. Today was my last straw with the office staff.
Tiffany is the BEST provider I've ever seen. She listens to my concerns, she offers her opinion and advice, and then TOGETHER we make a plan for treatment. Further, she isn't always in provider mode; it's nice to have a relationship like this with your PCP. My only complaint is that one of the front desk ladies is seemingly always grumpy and is less than enjoyable to deal with.
I have always found Dr. Ebaugh, and all of the staff helpful, courteous, and willing to listen. The care I've received is very good. I would recommend them to others.
I just wanted to share that Dr Diemer is an amazing nurse practitioner and she helped me overcome a lot of sudden health issues battling with almost death, however although the front desk ladies are always kind, friendly and respectful I have to say the communication between patient and staff is VERY POOR, I had a bill or a few bills with them that (I was not aware of) and I made payments towards the endless amount of visits (every time I could) towards my balances after insurance, my mistake was that I did not keep track an... read more
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Thornapple Valley Family Health. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff is absolutely amazing – they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, listened to, and cared for.
