I have always found Dr. Ebaugh, and all of the staff helpful, courteous, and willing to listen. The care I've received is very good. I would recommend them to others.
I just wanted to share that Dr Diemer is an amazing nurse practitioner and she helped me overcome a lot of sudden health issues battling with almost death, however although the front desk ladies are always kind, friendly and respectful I have to say the communication between patient and staff is VERY POOR, I had a bill or a few bills with them that (I was not aware of) and I made payments towards the endless amount of visits (every time I could) towards my balances after insurance, my mistake was that I did not keep track an... read more
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Thornapple Valley Family Health. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. A family member has been going here for 40 plus years. Over the past 2 or 3 years, the patient care has suffered. Diagnosis not reported to patients, antibiotics not called in - patient history not known when patient arrives for appointment, Patient appointment set for 7am, but office doesn't open until 7:15am and then not ready to see patient until after 7:40am. Do better!
I’ve actually been a patient since the day I was born cause my mom actually has been going to our doctor for years, my experience with them have been wonderful and honestly I would never go to any another doctor than ours
