We have been using Diana's for over a decade and always get superior quality designs. This place is meticulous in it's detail. The designs won't leave the shop unless they are perfect and the quality is inspected by 30 years of experience. My attached photo is a patch of 130k stitches made originally for a well known actor.
Called for a quote wanted to work and support local business. She (I don't know who) basically stopped me cold. "Can't quote anything w/o knowing what I'm putting on" Yes, I get that, but the tone was not friendly at all and a price range or 100 other things could have been offered vs. what I was told. Not a good first impression.
