i've been going to get my hair cut by Diana since I was 14, and this year I am turning 23 :) When I first went, I had hair down to my waist and was going in for my first big chop, so obviously, I was very nervous. She was patient with me the whole way through and did a phenomenal job then, and has always done a phenomenal job since then.
