When requesting labs refused to test for requested labs. Stated it wasn't needed until he deems it, even for HIV. Doesn't go over lab results just says it looks good. Stated that my A1C which at the time was 7.9 was good. Took a year to even prescribe a new diabetic medicine to lower A1C. Won't fight the insurance If they deny a treatment that would benefit patients health. Won't investigate complaints when something is wrong and he doesn't have the answer. Very caring, Wonderful bedside manners
Nurse Diane was very pleasant and did a thorough exam. She knew I was sick and needed to be better quick. She boosted me with a shot and once a day antibiotic because I had a busy weekend a head! Thanks Diane!!
Susan always shows she care and is eager to listen to what you have to say.She explains everything with you and goes over all kab work with you and explains it all.I think she is a very nice and caring person and if she can tend to the problem's you have she refers you to someone who can.In my book She's a number 10.
I was seen promptly. I appreciate that because I am not one to make frequent appointments. I needed her and she was there!
