Warm, comfortable & fantastic massage experience! I’ve had neck and shoulder problems for years due to an MVA. Usually a massage for me leads to migraine headaches and uncomfortable neck pain. Diana used multiple different massage techniques than any other RMT I’ve seen. I walked out relaxed, and headache free despite my neck and shoulders being her primary focus. I can’t recommend enough; go see her puddle peeps!

After have a horrible experience with another massage therapist I tried Diana and felt extremely comfortable and she has helped me work through my injuries and my anxiety of returning to massage. She is very passionate, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Things I would suggest. So miscommunication doesn't happen. 1. Don't tell clients you have reserved spots for more important clients. 2. Advising clients to book online but then calling after to cancel the appointment. If online booking doesn't work for you why have it? 3. When calling a client listen to them. Twice I advised you of my availability (once in writting and the next time on the phone).
