During the time my Dad was in hospice under Grace Hospice Care, Inc. I agree to let Dr. Diana R Bryant become my Dad's primary physician. On November 2, 2025, a hospice nurse was scheduled to check up on my Dad 0900-1100. She told me that the doctor prescribed him antibiotic for UTI. My Dad has enlarged prostate not UTI. Prior to this day I told a different hospice nurse that my Dad has pain when he urinate. Also according to his medical records he was never diagnosed with UTI. I was assigned to Dr. Bryant through my insurance and I tried to call for 2 months to make an appointment. No answer, I left detailed voicemails with my contact and never got a call back once. Finally I got fed up and called 5 times back to back and someone picked up, only to tell me they aren’t taking new patients until NEXT YEAR! She is still actively listed as “taking new patients”.
