We cannot say we had a good experience. My daughter and wife met with Dr. Pardo and a plan was set in place. My wife provided her with a down payment to start the process. My daughter had her molds taken and we waited, and waited and waited for the treatment to start. Finally the call came, not to tell us she was ready with the Invisalign but to tell us that she was moving, that all of the records were reviewed and the same course of treatment along with costs were accepted by another orthodontist.
