Dr. Winston CoMartin was my Gi doctor since 2018, she has always been very cold with me since seeing her. When I ask a question of a result or part of my case, she either acts completely unaware of what I’m talking about or she talks to me like I’m a child. After years of meeting with her she still has no answers for me nor does she have any recommendations to even help me or even another dr to see. Dr Winston is a compassionate and thorough physician, and takes the time to explain everything. Her team in the hospital at Phelps were wonderful and professional. Her office team is very efficient and helped me thru a rather difficult insurance process .
I’m so upset with the service and attention. Colonoscopy test was scheduled for 10/6/20. They asked me to arrive at 12 noon which I did. I was placed by the receptionist in the waiting area and I was advised to wait until I was called by someone from admitting. It took 45 minutes for someone to take care of me in admitting. Then I was transferred to the 3rd floor for the colonoscopy test. The IV nurse missed my IV and the anesthesiologists was called to do the insertion of the peripheral line. I have huge veins.
