Dr. Diana Hook is Amazing! She has a wonderful bedside manner—kind, down to earth, and genuinely caring. From the first consultation, I felt completely at ease and confident in her care. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and truly treats you like a person, not just a patient. I read all the opinions about Dr. Hook, I have to say that my husband was not so lucky. My husband got an infection in the surgery area. We went to her and she drew blood and accumulated fluid. She did not give him antibiotics. Two weeks later he had to call the health plan's nursing services. He had a virtual appointment and they noticed the infection. The area was red and hot.
