Her communication style is very blunt and she can be inappropriate and insensitive at times. Do not recommend. Let me edit to document my interaction and hopefully deter others from seeing this provider: she uses a robotic checklist approach to screen you, uses clinical terminology without clearly explaining that what she’s noting is likely harmless but further screening is just the recommended next step. The girls working at the entrance are very incompetent. Today I came for a scheduled appointment, and after checking my insurance, the girl said that it was invalid and kicked me out. I called my insurance company, and they confirmed that everything was in order. I returned to the office, but the girl had already left, and another girl checked my insurance again and found that the previous one had simply entered the data incorrectly! Because of her mistake, I missed an appointment that I had been waiting for a month.
