The girls working at the entrance are very incompetent. Today I came for a scheduled appointment, and after checking my insurance, the girl said that it was invalid and kicked me out. I called my insurance company, and they confirmed that everything was in order. I returned to the office, but the girl had already left, and another girl checked my insurance again and found that the previous one had simply entered the data incorrectly! Because of her mistake, I missed an appointment that I had been waiting for a month.

I want to change my attending physician to a doctor who will see me not every 1-2 months, but immediately. I called the number provided. They told me that first you have to change the doctor at the insurance company, and then we will tell you how quickly the doctor can see me. A vicious circle.

​My name is FNU Thomas Jacob, and I have an L.A. Care Silver 73 HMO plan. When I attempted to schedule my first appointment with Dr. Diana Lev, I had a disappointing experience. I waited nearly an hour, only to be informed that her office does not accept my insurance, despite her being listed in the L.A. Care portal. This was a terrible experience.
