I made an appointment to address a hernia I was diagnosed with and the first appointment I could get was as about a month away. I expected this and wasn’t really shocked by the time I had to wait. I took off the afternoon from work and scheduled a 2:00 appointment. Now my husband was away on a business trip and I had to get my daughter from daycare at 1 which would give me enough time to get her and drive straight to the appointment with time to spare. Dr Diana Ortiz performed my hernia operation, very attentive, gave me great information and answered any questions about that I had. On the day of surgery, she again went over the operation. Her and her staff did a great job. I have had no pain since the operation. Just used Advil a few times after the operation. Thanks, great job Dr Diana Ortiz
Dr. Diana Ortiz is the most rude, condescending doctor I have ever dealt with. She offended me to the point that I canceled my surgery with her just because I didn’t want someone so nasty operating on me.
