If I could give this doctor zero stars I would! I cannot believe how this doctor treated my mother in law. My mother in law has been dealing with memory loss for years. We did not know that it was as bad as it is and just found out that she has not been going to her appointments. My husband went to visit her and found her in a bad state. Horrible bedside manner - first thing she said to me was “we have to be quick you talked to the assistant too long, I only have 15 min between patients” (answering the questions SHE asked mind you) interrupted me the whole time to rush me along
Extremely rude (2) front desk girls. I had a appointment at 11:30. I showed up at 11:40 and asked for a grace period because I was 10 minutes late, I live in Weston (40 minutes away) I was even willing to wait until there was an opening. The girl smiled at me and said " the entire appointment is only 15 minutes why would we give any grace period"? What a nasty girl and thats the first point of contact in the facility.
This morning was my third appointment with this so called MD, regarding the same problems I been experiencing. All I wanted was to get a referral to get an MRI . I asked her about getting one and she had a meltdown in front of a student doctor that had come in the room with her and myself. Her exact words were she didn’t have time to waste on me to explain to me how I can’t get an MRI referral. She told me to go back to my previous doctor because I am not the smartest doctor here. Excellent Doctor! She takes her time, asks the right questions, allows plenty of time for you to explain yourself and work together for a solution. Her staff is friendly and professional. I am very happy to have Dr. Hodarnau as my PCP she cares about her patients and it shows.
