I highly recommend Dr Ikeda. She is a very dedicated and caring professional always willing to help. There is no doubt in my mind she has the best interest for all that come to her for help.
I was specifically looking for a therapist trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Diana was great to work with. She helped me learn a lot of techniques that helped with both my insomnia and anxiety. She also follows up with you outside of appointments to see how you’re doing.
Dr. Ikeda is smart, well-educated, compassionate - a source of excellent mental health treatment.
Diana is the best therapist I have ever had the pleasure of working with to-date. She consistently demonstrates compassion and empathy while using her expertise to help work through the toughest of issues to reach incredibly productive outcomes. She is also uniquely flexible and willing to engage (or give space) when needed. I can’t imagine working with another provider after working with Diana.
