As a first time mom I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a good OB office and team. Diana Health definitely eased my concerns! Their staff is always friendly and the office is clean and comforting. Love love love the fact there OB team are women. Definitely recommend.
My first appointment was a great experience. I was greeted with a smile at check-in, and the entire process was quick and easy. Sarah, the nurse who brought me back and got me settled in the room, was very kind and welcoming. Shannon took the time to listen to my needs and understand what I wanted from the appointment. When I was scheduling my annual I told the scheduler what I was also wanting to talk about. When I got to my appointment into the room again told the nurse taking my information what I needed. I waited 45 minutes in that room for I’m assuming the nurse practitioner to tell me that’s not what this appointment is for you have to schedule a different one.
