This review is specifically for Jessica Tillery. I’m a local birth doula and owner of Lets Doula This. My client had a baby at CRMC last night where Jessica was the on call midwife. Not only was she caring and informative but she supported my client in whatever decision she made. I have had 2 online visits with Jessica Tillery before this in-person. I knew she was wonderful. Let me just say she is literally the best gyn doctor I have ever had in my 47+ years on this planet. She truly cares, listens and addresses your concerns. She explains everything instead of just dismissing or saying okay we'll do this and not telling you why. I felt so seen and heard. Wow just wow. Phenomenal office and doc. Thank you. Let's figure out how to get the other gyn docs everywhere to be like Jessica for all womanhood.
When I had my son here 4 years ago it was amazing I had the best experience. This last pregnancy I had the WORST experience in this office. Not only was the front desk staff unprofessional by gossiping about other coworkers at several different appointments I had but I also overheard them talking about how Dr. Cole had gotten a DUI a few nights before. Not exactly the place to be gossiping and definitely not about a doctor in YOUR office drinking and driving and getting caught... They were so unprofessional.. at least wait u... read more
This place could be great. I have been coming here for five years and since it has changed over from “obgyn” to “Diana health” it has became an unreasonable place with unhealthy expectations of people and the only worry of theirs is money not the patient. With only a 15 minute grace period of being late, you better make sure that you don’t run into a wreck or possibly get pulled over or have any sort of emergency or you will be charged 100 to reschedule your appointment.
