As a new patient, this was one of the most seamless experiences I've had. The waiting room was beautiful, serene, and relaxing. Autumn Holmes and the ladies working there were very attentive and kind during my annual visit. I was in and out in 30 minutes, which is always nice in a doctor's office. I highly recommend this place and Nurse Holmes!

They improperly billed me, and I can’t even get a hold of anyone to talk to me on the phone. Every time I call it is just an automated bot who hangs up on me. At the end of the appointment, they told me to message the chat on the Diana Health app, But it’s been two weeks and no one’s responded to me about being improperly billed. I had to wait an hour Past my appointment time, and they brought in someone who they did not even introduce in the middle of my pelvic exam. I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Jack Rowland since 2021. He delivered my baby, and I have always been very happy with the care I received from him. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Diana Health’s administration has been extremely disappointing. I have been trying to call the office since LAST WEEK to reschedule an appointment.
