While I found Dr. Escobedo very personable and attentive to my needs, I hated the wait times. I don't feel like they should have patients scheduled at 8am or even 8:15am if the doctor won't even see you until 9am or after. My final straw for me stopping coming here was based on two things: one, there wasn't follow up from a request from my insurance, even after I called to follow up with the office staff, and two, at my last appointment, I was in the exam room waiting for over an hour and the room sensor lights turned off on... read more
The staff is the absolute worse I have ever experienced!! DO NOT go to this practice!! Gloria thinks she’s an actual dr. and refuses to help out sending paper work to your job for FMLA. If you value your time DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!
My father has been without his medication for over a week. They won't do the simple task of calling, or typing a few words into the computer to authorize his medications. Also, if they do happen to answer the phone, they leave you waiting for over 20 minutes. Then they hang up.
Been a patient since 2021, but that ended today. Dr. Escobedo is a decent doctor, however, the staff working for her has gotten worse over the years and is currently horrendous. - Over schedule way too many patients at a time. Spent over 1 hour in the waiting room, not even getting vitals done. - Even after being placed in a room, the doctor still takes another 30 minutes to see you. The wait does not imply that she is being thorough reading your chart, as she seems to be reading it during the consult and making assumptions ... read more
