My mom was a patient here from approximately 8 months. After the way she was treated in this last appointment, I would never recommend this provider to anyone. My mom had been dealing with an ongoing throat problem and had already gone through multiple tests while trying to understand what was wrong. During one of her appointments, she asked a completely reasonable question: what did the provider think about her seeing someone else for a second opinion? I was a patient of Dr Escobedo . Let me start with my first visit in February for my physical. It was never billed to my insurance. Then went back in March and again never billed to insurance. They kept sending statements that I owe $ 600. I finally had to call Billing dept. They had me as a self pay. So I had to tell them how to billed my insurance. I will not go back because their Billing dept don't know how to do that. And they are not very helpful either. Dr. Escobedo is a good Dr. But her staff is not.

I saw the nurse practitioner on my first visit and loved how attentive and caring she was. From the front office staff to the nurses and the lady who drew my labs, everyone was nice and welcoming.
