Oh my goodness what an incredible night! Honestly going in I did not know what to expect because I’ve never done something like this before. I was unbelievably pleasantly surprised at how incredible I felt during the event and then how rested, peaceful, and happy I woke up the next day. I’m definitely going to come back for future events and bring people with me. My body needed the rest. I even fell asleep during the sound healing thank you ladies for doing this. You’re so much needed in the community.

Diana was an amazing guide thru an evening of rejuvenation. She coached us thru the breathing techniques and had a sense of calmness in her voice that allowed me to drift into another world where I was successful in letting go of past trauma and moving forward to a new me of strength and self worth.
