Staff very friendly and helpful! Dr Bradley is amazing in her listening and caring about me, the patient. I am so happy to have found this office!
My experience with Dr. Bradley is and always has been excellent for 15 years. She has helped me and guided me through many physical problems with great outcomes. Recently she helped me through Covid and bronchitis. I highly recommend Dr. Bradley and her assistant Jennifer they have made my life so much better.
I'd rather give negative stars. I went to Dr. Bradley about 2 years ago. I asked about getting blood tests for autoimmune diseases. After a lengthy discussion she agreed, reluctantly. I asked for a referral to a rheumatologists. I was told "No, I'll treat you IF you have an issue, which you DO NOT. I had not one, not 2 but 3 blood draws because of an "error". I began seeing Dr. Bradley in beginning of January 2019. Having relocated from another state and being referred through Insurance. I thank God for the referral. From that day to this one, my health has drastically improved under her care. She and her staff are very professional, kind, caring and concerned. The facilities are run swiftly and efficiently, I've never waited more than 15-20 minutes, with an appointment. Facilities are clean and neat. Dr. Bradley has helped get my blood pressure under control. Her staff from the front desk to her nurse, Jennifer, have been very friendly and quick to respond to any request I have had. I feel very comfortable with this practice.
I was a patient for over 7 years at Family Care of Fairview. Dr. Bradley has changed and no longer seems to care about patient care. During my last appointment, she yelled, I don't have time for this at me twice so I asked her to give me a referral to someone who did have time for me. My abdominal pain went unchecked for several weeks due to her being to busy to give me an exam. It ended up that my IUD had traveled up and become lodged in my uterus. Had to have a procedure to remove it.
absolutely the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. They are under current charges for abandonment as well malpractice. Do not put you or anyone you know at risk by going to this place.
