We adore Willie the barber, he and his family are great people
They burned my friend's scalp, to point of having blisters and having to go to the doctor. She complained and told them something was wrong, they simply continued to work as if nothing was wrong. Then when confronted about it they lied and got defensive, which if you ask me its not professional to yell at your clients when they are making a complaint. They denied bleaching her hair and tried to blame her for the burns. During all of this my friend also finds out that someone that works there doesn't even have a license! They... read more
