Dr. Banks exceeded every expectation. She is wonderful.
Doctor Banks receptionist was RUDE. And so is Doctor BANKS. I would refrain from coming to see this doctor. She does not value her patients. She is not a professional doctor who is going to assist you in your needs. RUN!!! And go find someone else. Worst experience ever.
Dr. Banks is very caring. She took the time to listen to my concerns. She found an issue that no one else had even thought of. She got me into an oncologist within the week. I would recommend Dr. Banks without hesitation.
I have been a patient of Dr. Banks since I was about 18 I'm now in my late 30's!! Today I sent in my yearly driver’s license form to have her sign it & received a phone call back from her receptionist informing me that due to a missed visit back in December 2017 Dr. Banks would no longer accept me as a patient...there in turn leaving my driver’s license in limbo & leaving me without refillable prescriptions which in turn may result in me having seizures!!
