Budtender lectured me to call the Gron Mega Pearls, just “Mega” and said I was wrong to call them “Gron Mega Pearls”. Gron clearly has them listed as Mega Pearls for the one piece edible option on the site. Understand the dosed out edibles are just called pearls. Confused why the budtender rudely argued the wrong edible name, when I just asked for a Gron Mega Pearl. Won’t be returning, thank you.
Had a really great experience here as a first time customer, the environment was pretty and comforting, I came in not really knowing to well what i wanted, the staff was able to help me figure out a selection of what may work for me, verry professional service and good recommendations all around. Thank you Dean, and Dillan, for the pleasant experience, 10/10 would recommend, going to tell my family to try this place out <3
Everytime I visit the staff is warm, friendly and professional. My last visit Dean helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my crazy cannabis questions. Was very friendly and kind. He even answered my gamer questions when I found out he plays similar games as myself. Honestly I prefer coming here then any other place in town. Great experience everytime!
The night crew is amazing, especially Dean. I have rheumatoid arthritis, so I am in constant pain. They always recommend the best pain relief gummies, lotions and bath care items for me. He always lets me know whenever they get something new in that he thinks will help me, I always try it out and it works. Every time I walk in the whole staff looks like they are having a great time and are happy to be there.
I’ve supported DiamondTREE Eastside for years, but my last visit completely changed how I see the place. What started as a normal checkout conversation about video games turned into an employee putting labels on me, making assumptions, and then creating a public scene when I tried to step away and go to another line. The part that really stuck with me was him pointing toward the door and yelling something like, “Off to Plantae for you,” in front of other customers. That is not customer service.
