I recently dined at this restaurant and was the only guest at the time. After being seated and given a menu, I wasn’t checked on for about 15 minutes. As the only diner, I expected at least a brief welcome or follow-up. I hope management recognizes how important attentive service is, even when the dining room is quiet. This experience left me feeling overlooked and less likely to return.
