Rosie loves when she gets to go visit Diamond Grooming.
Very poor. My dogs hair kept falling out. When I called two months ago and left 4 messages asking what product was used and left my number everytime there was no returned calls. I have phone records, a vet bill, and pictures to prove it. The reason bringing this up two months later. They finally made me mad enough. They didn't want to take care of the problem right then and there, but only when they get blast on facebook. I didn't want my money back, I wanted to let my vet know what product was used so we could treat my dog.... read more
THE best in Bartlesville, hands down! I have been a client for 8 1/2 years now and will continue to be! The owner, Loretta, is the kindest woman who really cares about the babies she takes care of! And she only hires staff that feel the same way. Great experience every time!
