I can’t say enough amazing things about Diamonds and Pearls! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was treated with such kindness and care. The team made the entire experience feel so personal and special! I had one specific dress that I was looking for after having tried dresses on at a different store and they had it! This review is overdue, but I've meant to share how wonderful an experience I had here shopping for my wedding dress. I thought I found the one, though ultimately ended up going a different direction. Nonetheless, I had such a lovely experience with the owner helping me, and highly recommend this place to others!
Brides beware. This is not the dress shopping experience you deserve. Upon arrival there was no warm welcome or questions about the wedding. There was no questions about what style dress you’re looking for. They do not make picks for you, you pick the dress you like off the shelf, there was no offer of help to get in and out of the dress. The fitting room and mirror was one you would find at a Marshall’s, there was no podium or 3 way mirrors to see yourself in the dress properly. Very disappointing. This Bridal shop was the best, hands down. I found this shop at the last minute for my friend. We were able to get an appointment right away. The shop was cute and very clean. Melanie and her staff had everything we needed. Melanie asked questions, and pulled out 4 dresses. My friend found her dress by dress number 2. If you need that intimate feel, and someone who is very attentive. This is the place for you. Thank you Diamonds and Pearls for helping me make my friend dream dress come true!!
My maid of honor made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. We showed up and there was no staff. We had to wait for a teenager to emerge from the back. The store was filthy. They pointed me to a rack of what seemed to be used dresses. They said, sold as is..some of the ones hanging in the rack had stains. We didn't stay long obviously.
