Brides beware. This is not the dress shopping experience you deserve. Upon arrival there was no warm welcome or questions about the wedding. There was no questions about what style dress you’re looking for. They do not make picks for you, you pick the dress you like off the shelf, there was no offer of help to get in and out of the dress. This Bridal shop was the best, hands down. I found this shop at the last minute for my friend. We were able to get an appointment right away. The shop was cute and very clean. Melanie and her staff had everything we needed. Melanie asked questions, and pulled out 4 dresses. My friend found her dress by dress number 2. If you need that intimate feel, and someone who is very attentive. This is the place for you. Thank you Diamonds and Pearls for helping me make my friend dream dress come true!!
My maid of honor made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. We showed up and there was no staff. We had to wait for a teenager to emerge from the back. The store was filthy. They pointed me to a rack of what seemed to be used dresses. They said, sold as is..some of the ones hanging in the rack had stains. We didn't stay long obviously.
I had the PERFECT experience with finding my wedding dress! Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful, and made me feel comfortable. They felt like family! I SAID YES TO THE DRESS AT DIAMONDS & PEARLS BRIDAL
After finding a style I liked a lot in a size that wasn’t workable at a local charity shop, I started reaching out to local bridal shops to see who carried that style and could order it in my size. Of all the stores I reached out to, Diamonds & Pearls had far and away the best price and the owner was so very helpful answering my questions and making sure they had a sample of the dress for me to try on.
