Hoping this review can get the attention of the bridal shop and potentially resolve an issue! I'm a wedding planner and my client is getting married in a month. Her dress was supposed to ship 30 days ago. She will be missing her upcoming fitting in 5 days because she is still without a dress. She tried emailing with no response and I just tried calling during business hours but the mailbox is full! Hopefully this can be resolved and my bride can experience her dream dress on the day!
