BEWARE! Please be very cautious at this jewelery store. My elderly parents dropped off my mom’s wedding rings at this location and the owner has denied that he ever had the rings. Other than the small slip of paper that they give u with a number, there is no description of the item and no proof that they were ever there. Super friendly and helpful staff. Not pushy. Way way WAY better than Sherring Gold.
I hate complaining about anyone trying to do their job but this place is an absolute joke. My now husband bought my engagement ring in March of 2023 the ring is gorgeous and the girls at the store are super nice. However that’s about where any positives end. Mike the owner is very poor at customer service and communication. Every time I have had my ring back in their store things have taken atleast a week longer then he has given me for a time line. I have sent my ring in to get resized and appraised, when I went to pick up ... read more
