Diamonds on Baylis have been absolutely fantastic with all my jewellery repairs and alterations. Connor has been amazing, his service is very professional and courteous; I actually send my items to him from the Central Coast NSW all the way to Wagga, as I trust him 100% and the price is always so much cheaper than the jewellers in my area, AND most importantly the repairs are done quickly and properly. I can’t recommend this business highly enough.
After visiting another jeweller in town who told me there was nothing they could do to help me, Diamonds on Baylis set my late dad’s ashes pendant into a ring for me after my necklace broke. The craftsmanship is beautiful and the quality is outstanding. It’s so much more beautiful than I ever imagined. They were professional, caring, and treated the piece with such respect. From start to finish the customer service was exceptional. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend them.
I’ve just my rings and necklace cleaned at Diamonds on Baylis Jewellers and oh my goodness they all look brand and sparkly once again. I had no idea a clean would make such a difference. I definitely will not leave it as long between cleans. Thankyou Diamonds on Baylis Jewellers.
