I had the pleasure of visiting Diamonds of London today. My son and I had been all over San Antonio looking at watches, and they had the best selection by far. Fallan, the owner, was there and helped us out. He was superb! He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel fantastic about my purchase. I will definitely be back!
Had an incredible experience just window shopping while visiting the city, Fallon took the time to walk me around and talk watches with me even though I was not a customer. When my wife suprised me a few days later with a watch she had purchased for me from the store, making the 3 hour drive over was a no brainer. The store employees are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about timepieces.
Just purchased a 38mm Hamilton Field Khaki Automatic. My experience was great, Fallan was very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed our chat about the history of Hamilton watches and the appearances that these watches have made in movies throughout the years. Fallan is truly an English gentleman and i look forward to buying more watches from his company in the future!
