I had a great experience at Diamonds of Kerrville. I took two pieces in for a fair market appraisal and I was treated with respect and kindness. They cleaned both pieces free of charge, educated me about the pieces, and directed me to another local business that dealt specifically with pieces like mine. The shop is lovely and they have gorgeous jewelry and excellent customer service. I will recommend them with no hesitation if you are in the market for fine jewelry!

We took 2 rings for resizing and 1 ring for repair. They were very professional and reasonable on their pricing. The rings were ready much earlier than promised. We will be back and highly recommend them!
