The staff at Diamonds of Kerrville is very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the diamonds they sell are not as good as what the accompanying EGL rating sheet states. My son was in love and went into the store to buy an engagement ring. $4,200 later - - he had one. Unfortunately, they decided not to marry, and I took on the responsibility of re-selling the ring.
